Ravella at Sienna, Houston, TX

Arris Capital Group partnered with Texas-based operator, LXMI Capital Group, to acquire a recently delivered, 292-unit apartment property in the newly developed submarket of Sienna in the southern portion of the Houston MSA.  The property was undermanaged with rents below adjacent similar yet older properties.  Capital improvements were undertaken to utilize inefficient space and enhance common area amenities, general marketability and curb appeal of the property.  As a Co-GP, Arris Capital Group secured a $15M common equity investment from Sabal Financial to complete the capital raise for the acquisition and property upgrades.
